This program is for young adults ages 18-24 with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and will teach how to create & maintain healthy relationships. Planning for Life After High School?

Students with disabilities (ages 14–21) and their families are invited to attend the ASD Secondary Transition Expo — your one-stop opportunity to connect with adult service agencies, employment providers, and postsecondary programs.

Saturday, April 25, from 12:00–4:00 PM at the ASD Education Center

Learn about available supports, eligibility requirements, and how services align with goals in employment, education, and independent living.
