KNM is looking to hire at least 1 full time person to join our team. Duties include, but not limited to:
*Operating pumps, tractors, manure application equipment
*Daily maintenance of all equipment
*Cleaning equipment, trucks, shop, and tools

Must have a valid driver licenses with a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work (CDL is a plus but not required)

Long days during fall and spring application season with flexible schedule in off season
We do work 6 days a week in spring and fall

Paid weekly with pay based on experience

Health insurance available

You will work around oil and grease and manure so we do offer partial or full uniform service if you desire that.

KNM has been busy so far in 2023. 10 days into the new year we have pumped 8 million gallon of manure. But it has presented a few challenges. Welds broke on a hose cart hitch. Now I would consider this a minor set back, but… we were 300 miles from home. Thanks to Sparrow Welding and Fabrication LLC for going to our shop and grabbing parts and tools to come rescue this thing while we kept pumping ( we had a 2nd hose cart to move hose around with) A good friend and a professional welder saved the day/week.

A couple years ago we had an idea that we wanted a self propelled lagoon pump truck. We have a 60 ft lagoon feeder pump that we will hook to this truck pump to pump lagoons starting this fall.
