Most of you know that a key part of my business is helping professional service providers get actionable reviews from their satisfied customers. But sometimes just asking for a review from ALL your customers doesn't work very well. Authors have a particularly hard time here: they don't have a direct relationship with their customers, but they NEED reviews to attract new readers.

I just read this GREAT blog post (from an author I follow) who quotes some of his favorite "1-star" reviews and his responses. Enjoy!
