When legitimate customer feedback gets filtered by Google, the issue usually isn’t the text of the review—it’s the lack of user signals surrounding it.

Claudia Tomina, Founder of Reputation Arm, shares a simple fix many overlook: when a customer's review doesn't appear, ask them to interact with your Google Business Profile first. 🔍

Have them search your business, click directions, or call. Then, go back and edit the review slightly before reposting.

This interaction signals to Google's algorithm that the review is legitimate, and it almost always surfaces.

The takeaway? A small action can make genuine customer feedback visible again.
