We were established to provide a system of services including: business, legal and financial programs that provide real-time, strategic and tactical information addressing imminent concerns of venture capitalists and portfolio companies. VC Taskforce™ provides a forum for many types of investors: LPs, venture capital firms, institutional investors, PE and portfolio company management in which they can share ideas and information that will help them manage their businesses for maximum success. The venture community may request programs and speakers. Leaders in the Venture Community organize informational and networking events. I’ve known Gwen since first launching VC Task Force in 2001. She is a thought leader amongst her peers –known for pointing to trends well before they are mainstream, with a deep commitment to finding underserved gems in the tech community. She has focused on female founders and CEO’s for over 2 decades, still stunned by challenges they face. In a recent interview she gave me a “book full” of examples, so I’ve challenged her to write more. Fenix is hosting an investor dinner gala in the Hamptons, NY 8/22/23 with 100 investors($1M is typically the size of investment per investor). The price for the dinner gala per company is $25k.

We appreciate any introductions to underrepresented founders with deals that are revenue generating(series A+) or a VC/PE fund(fund 2 plus) with limited spots available. Our last event had 150 family offices and $100M was funded.
