dzb design Residential Design by David E Zink-Brody As the principal of d Z-B design, I offer distinctive building design for custom residential and commercial projects.

From concept through construction, d Z-B design provides unique and creative solutions to all design challenges, whether you are adding a room; remodeling a kitchen or bath; or building a new home or office. I view every client and project as an opportunity to forge relationships and educate ourselves. The design process begins and ends with the individual needs and aspirations of each client. Each design is forged from the unique challenges and opportunities given the site, project, and client. I personally work with you from project inception, through design documentation and permitting, to construction completion. I employ 15 years of professional practice to provide my clients architectural design created from your individual goals. Each design project draws from unique client, site, and environmental considerations, and derives style from your preferences for contemporary architecture or historical precedent. These ideas are combined with your specific needs and desires for specific spaces, forms, buildings, and environments translated into design. The collaborative process continues throughout your project, with checks and balances against time, cost, space and aesthetic priorities, ensuring quality design solutions and livable structures and spaces.
