Responsibilities include processing trucking schedule and delivery paperwork, oversize routes/maps/permits to help coordinate tank deliveries, prepare daily driver packets, manage delivery schedule spreadsheet and communicate with CDL drivers to prepare for next day's deliveries. This position requires good organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and interact well with DOT offices and websites, drivers, employees, and truck mechanics. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) experience, the ability to problem solve and being proactive is a prerequisite.
Job hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. Compensation rate based on experience.
