It’s showtime! First up are the Ancient vine whites. 100% Merseguera from Albacete Spain starting with the white wax cap “Sandstone” then we will work our way down the terroir to the “Limestone” then end up at the base of the mountain and enjoy the “Granite and Crushed Gravel”. Afterwards will sample the award winning Blend of Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah in the Falconer Sport of Kings. The anchor will be the Spirit of the Bull 100% Tempranillo from Valtiendas near Segovia.
