Effective immediately.

Due to COVID-19 our offices are open, but we not accepting walk-in customers at the office. It needed we still can receive personal checks, but we will be following a different process for accepting checks. This is only temporary and we will service our customers over the phone going forward until further notice. Please call us at 850-872-1800 for assistance.

This is an important message from Waste Pro.

Due to the coronavirus challenges, Waste Pro is trying to be proactive and protect our drivers and staff the best way we can. How so? By limiting our employee's exposure by not getting out of the truck to pick up extra bags or cans next to the can provided by Waste Pro. All trash needs to be bagged and inside of the cart to prevent spillage.

This service change is only temporary. Drivers will still provide walk up service to customers subscribing to it. However, the same applies as we will not pick up any extra bags or cans either.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
