RSSI memo to customers: 3/19/20

During this time of uncertainty, RSSI will continue all services that are usually carried out to deliver the best products and customer service to the best of our abilities. We have adapted these services to comply with the ever changing challenges that are now confronting us.

Currently, the majority of our staff is working from our office. Our staff has the ability to telecommunicate from home and we are taking the necessary steps so that we have no disruptions in service.

We have cancelled all business travel for the interim. If travel is required we will evaluate the best possible way to accomplish this. Our goal is to keep our staff safe and equipment/projects moving as much as possible without any disruption. We feel confident that we have put into place processes to allow us to handle whatever this new challenge will bring.

Our staff is prepared and dedicated to support you through this unprecedented crisis. I am confident that we will continue to provide you World Class services and products and keep moving forward.
