We also offer a Payment Plan, (minimum order $75). You are required to put down a 25% deposit. All funds are non-refundable. Payments will be split between 2-4 payments (weekly or bi-weekly). A 5% late fee will occur if the invoice is not paid within 24 hours. After 1 week of non-payment, all items will be re listed, and all funds will be forfeited. The Uptown Boutique only offers store credit for returns, no refunds will be given. After receiving the item, you have 5 business days to return the item to The Uptown Boutique. In has it's original tags (if any) and is undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition. If you item is not in the condition please do not return it. You are required to pay shipping back to The Uptown Boutique. Please email The Uptown Boutique FIRST at [email protected] to let The Uptown Boutique know you will be shipping the item back. When emailing The Uptown Boutique ask you to provide name on billing statement, and item(s) you are returning. The Uptown Boutique ask that you ship USPS with tracking, The Uptown Boutique are not held responsible for packages not received and that do not have tracking on them, if tracking is attached and no activity is on tracking The Uptown Boutique also considers that as a no tracking package. Once your item is received, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed you will be issued a store credit for the item. The Uptown Boutique does not refund shipping fees.
