Meet the Team Monday: Dalton Fallin

Dalton’s journey with Emerald Coast Striping started back in 2016, when he joined the team as a laborer at just 18 years old. Ten years later, he’s worked his way through the ranks and recently celebrated one full year as General Manager of our Panama City location.

Along the way, his dedication has also earned him McShea Contracting’s Above & Beyond Award.

From learning the work in the field to now leading the team, Dalton’s growth is a great example of where hard work, consistency, and a willingness to learn can take you.

We’re proud to have Dalton leading the Panama City team and even prouder that his story started right here at ECS.

How many roadway safety features can you spot in this picture?

Turn arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, lane lines, skip lines, detectable warning pads… once you start looking, there’s a lot more to an intersection than you might realize.

Most of us drive over or walk past these things every day without giving them a second thought, but they all play a part in helping everyone get where they’re going safely.

ECS is excited to celebrate Sheila Heinemann as McShea Contracting’s new EEO Officer! Alongside her role as HR Director, Sheila will continue doing what she does best — supporting our people, strengthening our teams, and helping create a workplace where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
