Service Alert Update – Isaban Area

We're happy to share that the majority of service restoration in the Isaban area was completed between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM today.

We apologize for the extended restoration time. Due to the circumstances surrounding the fire, a utility pole was also caught in the fire and had to be replaced by AEP before we could safely proceed. This delayed the start of our restoration work until 6:00 AM. Throughout the night, our team returned to the scene several times to check on progress and attempt restoration as conditions allowed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we thank everyone in the community for bearing with us during this process.

Service Alert – Isaban Area

A&A Communications is currently experiencing a service outage in the Isaban area due to a house fire in the middle of the community.

Our team will be on-site to begin restoration work as soon as it is safe to do so. We'll keep you updated with any new information as it becomes available.

We'd like to thank the firefighters and first responders for their quick action, and we extend our deepest condolences to the family affected by this fire.

🚨 ALERT FROM THE A&A COMMUNICATIONS TEAM🚨
Apple’s newest update (iOS 26.5) is having major issues.
A known software bug is causing iPhones/ipads to constantly drop their Wi-Fi connections. It is NOT your internet service. 🛑
Apple is already working on IOS 26.5.1 to patch the glitch.
Some of the specific issues this update is causing:
* 🔴 Wi-Fi dropping completely out of nowhere, switching your phone straight to cellular data.
* 🔴 Showing "full bars" of Wi-Fi connection, but absolutely nothing will load.
* 🔴 The Wi-Fi spinning wheel looping forever when you try to reconnect.
* 🔴 Dropping the wireless signal entirely the moment your screen locks or goes idle.
