I updated my hand towel inventory with some hand towels that are just off the loom. I used a beautiful mix of 8/2 cotton with an 8 harness pattern from a dear friend to create the newest hand towels in the booth. This is your prompt: shop local, shop small. You don't have to spend with me to make a difference, look around you, and shop at any local establishment. It matters to the little guy....

The Hand Towels and Washcloths have been restocked at The Depot Mall. FYI: Old Crow has the booth full of great treasures. You can visit at either location, her booth located in Cedar City, UT at the Depot Mall, or her shop located in Parowan, UT. Both are worth the visit, and I sell my woven housewares in both locations.

I just refreshed all my inventory at Cedar Depot if you need something for yourself or a gift for someone special. Rugs...

Tagging a new stack of Handwoven Washcloths that I will be dropping off at the Depot Mall located in Cedar Ciy, UT today. Weaving draft is from a new book I just purchased called Huck Lace Weaving Patterns by Tom Knisely. I highly recommend the book for any weaver, and I highly recommend purchasing one of my Washcloths as a holiday gift.

Step 1: Cones of Cotton
Step 2: Wind all 400 threads 6.5 yards long for my warp on the warping board.
Step 3: Thread the loom with above mentioned 400 threads in pattern through the reed and heddles one at a time.
Step 4: Wind warp on back beam and tie on the front beam.
Step 5: Weave in pattern 6 separate dish towels.
Step 6: Cut towels apart and hem.
Step 7: Wash, Press and Label
Start again!
