I take my job very serious, I don’t cut corners or try to find short cuts. When I agree to take on a project I usually think “it can’t be too bad” but sometimes I think the universe takes that as a form of me making challenge. I have seen some pretty disturbing houses//apartments but never in the history of ever has it been to this extreme. I recently agreed to a project that honestly i don’t think anyone would be prepared for. The severity of the living conditions are disturbing considering there was 8 people living in this not so big apartment with 4 being adults is beyond cringe to say the least. Thanks to a few of my friends I consider my family (thank goodness they love me) I was able to get all the furniture && stuff outside, I’m still not sure the trash company will even haul such a mass amount of garbage off but I’m hoping they will. Now all I have left is the actual cleaning which, working with practically the bare minimum (I assume since the place is in the process of selling the previous owner(s) felt no need to provide even trash bags (it’s okay I have a base fee for when I provide the supplies && for when I don’t) it’s just a situation I hope to never find myself in…ever again. Moving forward I think it will be in my best interest to preview before I agree to as far as cleaning empty properties. Here’s the kitchen before && after. Thank you for following my page.
