Happy Veteran’s Day!

Thank you to everyone who has served, will serve or serving at this moment. I am so grateful for your service and to know, love and hear of those who serve and protect our country and freedom. ✨

This self portrait is of my grandpa, Robert Littlefield, while he was in the service. He was also an artist. All of his self portraits were this raw and beautiful. My dad's father was also a veteran too.

This image was sent to me by a client who wanted to be able to print a more vivid image and gift it to his mom. The image had faded over years of sitting out in a frame. It is very unique as it is of his dad running the Boston Marathon in 1979!

Here is the second photo in the album series and a huge thank you to the Littlefield siblings for letting me share photos of their father in the first few years of his life in the late 1920s.

Starting today, I'll be sharing photos from an album I scanned. You'll see some photos with very little to touch up and some photos with water damage (or part of a meal).

There will be a triad of photos for each, the left photo is how it scanned in, the middle photo is after restoration of dust, scratches and stains, and the right photo is touching up the composition to bring back some details!
