- When I was 20 I was held hostage in a violent domestic situation for 3 days … a shell of a person came out of that and I owed it to the higher powers that saved me multiple times over those days to find a purpose and self again .. to fill the dark voids and know I’d walk forward never being the same but able to forge a person worthy of my continued time here -
The work never stops but the beauty pours down

No matter what you’ve been through, how far from your true self you’ve traveled .. there is grace, hope and purpose. This is why I’ve gotten into coaching, not only on an energetic level (out of body, healing, higher purpose, Spirituality) but I was the girl who had big dreams, the go getter , the one who always stepped up. I’ve had to reinvent and dig deep time after time and have learned to creatively strategize and learn. All this I pass on to you as your friend and mentor 🩵

Confidence is gained by SHOWING UP and putting in the time … show up as your best, with where your at, and the skills you have. Creatively growing and expanding in your passions, you’ll start to see that your “best” is better than you ever knew!

You don’t have to have all the answers or everything perfect to start. It’s called a journey, not a race! Small efforts grow and the things that seem hard today will develop and before you know it .. you’ll be right where you should be, your efforts will be multiplying and the hard will become a choice verse a setback … You’ll never get “there” unless you start!
