Made with Kodiak Blueberry Power Cakes Mix, cottage cheese, eggs, and milk, this bold breakfast is ready-to-eat in just 15 minutes with no complicated steps.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp milk of choice
• 1/2 cup Kodiak Blueberry Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:
1. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Kodiak mix and the blended cottage cheese mixture until well combined.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and grease with butter or oil.
4. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your preheated skillet and allow to cook until puffed and bubbly on top, then flip and continue to cook until golden.
5. Top your stack with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of fresh blueberries. Enjoy!

In just 5 minutes, you’ve got a green protein smoothie you can run out the door with. This recipe is simple, nourishing, and deliciously crunchy with a Kodiak Honey Oat Granola topping.

Ingredients:
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
• 1 orange, peeled
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup kale or spinach
• 1/2 cup cold water, more if needed
• 1/2 cup Kodiak Honey Oat Granola

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, starting with only 1/2 cup water.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add more water if thinner consistency is desired.
3. Pour into glasses.
4. Top each glass with granola, if desired.

We see your cheesecake, and we raise you this delicious stack stuffed with strawberry cheesecake, protein, and whole grains to fuel your day ahead. It’s the classic cheesecake flavor you know and love.. now available for breakfast.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
• ¾ cup water
• ⅓ cup cream cheese
• ¾ cup cottage cheese
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp real maple syrup
• ½ cup diced strawberries
• 4 tbsp real maple syrup

Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp of maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
3. Scoop the mixture into 2-inch rounds onto prepared baking sheet. Freeze overnight.
4. In a saucepan, combine diced strawberries and 2 tbsp maple syrup over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and gently mashing some of the berries, until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
5. In a medium bowl, whisk together Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Mix and water until smooth.
6. Preheat a lightly buttered skillet to medium heat. Add a small amount of batter, place a frozen cream cheese round on top, gently press it in, then cover with additional batter.
7. Cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
8. Top with the strawberry mixture and enjoy!

Treat mom like the queen she is —
starting with these Wildflower Cupcakes made using Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Mix.

Oh, and just in case you thought it couldn’t get any better, these cupcakes only take half an hour to make, bake, and serve, so you can surprise Mom without spending all day in the kitchen.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup avocado or light olive oil
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 can cream cheese frosting
• Dried edible wildflowers, to garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2 Add the Kodiak mix, brown sugar, oil, milk, sour cream, and egg to a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined. Let sit for five minutes.
3. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full with batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool for two minutes. Move cupcakes to a wire rack and let sit until completely cool.
5. Top each cupcake with a tablespoon of cream cheese frosting (or more) and garnish with edible pressed wildflowers. Store in an airtight container.
