For Heritage Acres, springtime is maple syrup time!

In our most recent newsletter, Travis Pydo of Heritage Acres, one of our cooperative farms, explains how a remote maple syrup monitoring system, called SAP SPY, has helped him and his family create more efficiency on the farm. Travis also explains how his decadent Bourbon Maple Syrup came about from a local partnership.

Hello all! We would just like to thank everyone for all of their dedicated business over the years! We are sad to announce that the dear Old Honey & Syrup Man Craig passed away at the beginning of January. This was truly his love and passion and enjoyed every minute of it! Whether it was tapping trees or socializing at farmers markets, it was his life.
We apologize that we will have to be downsizing because of the recent loss. As of right now we will no longer be attending any farmers markets or craft fairs but we would like to continue on a smaller scale.
