Another reason not to buy cheap knock off parts…
1st photo is a legit replacement Speed Queen dryer heating element. Second photo is an Amazon sold knockoff for about a 1/3 of the price.
Notice the coils and the spacing. With regard to producing wattage and heat that’s important. You’ll note there are less coils and more spacing with the Speed Queen element. The knock off element is gonna produce less heat and result in longer drying times. You’ll be running your dryer two and three cycles to get a normal load dry with a knock off element.

In the last few months, I’ve run across several of these machines: Whirlpool, Amana, and Maytag washing machines that won’t stop draining or don’t function properly with regard to the running and draining. The issue is usually due to a malfunctioning pressure sensor, which means the control board must be replaced. If you have one of these machines, you need to contact the company and see about getting them to replace your control board. They will do this at no charge. However, you may pay for the install.

So I have been asked a couple of times if I get parts from Amazon. The short answer is no.
Yes, you can usuallly get parts cheaper. But you get what you pay for.
In a pinch, I ordered a compressor fan motor from Amazon for a customer. The part came in a flimsy, ill-fitting box in a BAG.
And it was the wrong part. The plugs were wrong.
Who ships electronic components in a bag?
My Preferred supplier, typically delivers 1-2 days in well-packagd boxes. Last week, I got a control board for a fridge.
The board was packed in a box inside a well insulated box to avoid damage.
As a consumer I get wanting the cheaper materials. As professional, I want top quality and parts and packaging.

Dryer won’t heat?
Probably a heating element. That’s a fix you can usually do yourself - if you can’t I’m happy to help.
But, there’s also a reason why the element went bad.
It could be age.
Or a bad wire.
Or it grounded out.
It could also be a blocked duct, blower or lint trap.
Don’t just change the element. Make sure to check how well the machine breathes (how well air is flowing).
Check and clean the lint traps and check the duct and vent.
If they are clogged - you are going to have continued issues.
