💧 Another drainage problem handled the right way!

Today our crew at Signature Restoration Solutions tackled a drainage issue where water needed to be redirected away from the home.

We excavated the yard and installed a new 4-inch solid PVC drainage system, tying directly into the downspout and carrying the water approximately 55 feet away from the foundation.

At the discharge area, we excavated a large drainage pit and installed approximately 1 TON of pea gravel to provide additional drainage capacity and help disperse the water properly into the surrounding soil.

This is the kind of work that doesn’t get seen once everything is covered back up — but what’s underground matters. Proper pitch, solid connections, and a correctly constructed drainage area can make all the difference when the heavy rain comes.

🚧 Another drainage project underway!

Today our crew is installing a new underground drainage system to help properly manage roof runoff and move water away from the home.

We excavated approximately 50+ feet of trench, removed the old deteriorated corrugated drainage line, and are installing a new 4-inch solid PVC system with properly glued connections and positive pitch to carry the water away from the foundation.

These aren’t always the glamorous projects, but proper drainage can make a huge difference in protecting your foundation, landscaping, and property from unwanted water.
