Individuals who, for a fee, prepare federal and state tax returns for Marylanders are required to be registered by the Board. An individual must obtain this registration before soliciting or preparing tax returns.

For the overtime deduction.
It must break out "overtime" on your pay stub.
The deduction is the HALF in time and a half.
Take each pay stubs, determine your regular rate. Determine your overtime rate. Subtract your regular rate from your overtime rate, use this amount from each paystub. Add the amounts from each paystub for the year.
