Collective.
There is no messsge clearer than this.
I don’t use “beginner” tarot cards often. I actually picked this deck up to help me learn which cards are associated with what sign .
But I feel like even someone with no experience can look at this and know the message of the cards.
Let’s break it down though, let’s talk about it and move through it.
I’m gonna start this off by saying this is very heavy Aquarius and Pisces energy.
This spread tells a very specific and emotional transition. It’s moving through a peak of self satisfaction into a period of conflict , eventually leading to a necessary departure.
We’re starting off with the “wish card”
The 9 of cups presents itself often times when something is making you happy, and you’re content but it’s not truly fulfilling (the 10)
The 9 still stands for a state of contentness.
You very likely started in a position of feeling like you had it together, things were looking very good for you, you felt secure, proud and like you’ve reached a major goal/ milestone.
The energy shift is Abrupt as we move into the 5 of swords..
It directly shows there’s some sort of major conflict and disagreement. Someone is going to “win” but at a heavy cost.. This card brings a sense of bitterness, sneakiness and things said that can’t be taken back.
This is also very much an ego card. Although, not often looked at in an “ego” way.
It often shows up when you’ve won the argument but not the relationship.
Moving into the 6 of swords..
It shows a transition of moving on and away from this clash of events, yet it’s not a joyous card. It often comes with a somber feeling as you’re moving away from something to protect yourself and your mental health, not because you actually WANT that change; but because you’re being forced to accept that change. It is often seen as a white flag, seeking peace and clarity.
8 of cups is signaling the walk away. While the 6 of swords is seen more as the process of moving on, the 8 of cups is seen as the emotional choice to leave something behind.
This is a really tough pull and even by breaking the cards down the message is clear, but I’m going to dive even deeper into my intuition and my calling rather than just telling you exactly what I’m seeing and their meanings.
Since this was a collective pull, the energy may be different for some of you this will relate to a family member, a friend or a career path but for majority of those it resonates with I’m referring to a partner.
Very heavy on Aquarius and Pisces energy.
You or your partner could have these signs in your rising- but don’t always have to.
Sometimes the signs show when the energy of them is being embodied.
I’m very much seeing a complex relationship, where you felt very happy and secure at one point. You were certain that this was your person, despite the small missing piece (never got to a 10 of cups) you were willing to over look the small flaws, and accept them as they came. You were providing each other with stability, a foundation and love. However, a major argument and a pattern in toxic behaviors have surfaced and instead of staying to fight a losing battle you are choosing to mentally check out and distance yourself before physically and emotionally leaving the relationship for good to find your own path.
This doesn’t feel like an abandonment pull, although I’m going to clarify since this IS a collective and not a personal reading , another interpretation could be just that… That you aren’t the one making this choice, but rather the one being left due to toxic patterns and disagreements.
This energy feels very stale, like there is no plausible solution and a very final realization of coming to those terms.
In the career and work field, the message stays the same but slightly shifts the narrative. Something still started incredibly fulfilling, like landing a dream job, or something that paid exceptionally well.. but a cutthroat environment became unbearable. You’re coming to the realization that no amount of money or status is worth the stress so you’ve the made the active decision to start looking at other career paths eventually leading to you resigning and pursuing a more meaningful calling.
The cards are directly telling you that STAYING TO FIGHT IS NOT THE ANSWER. The victory in the 5 of swords is a trap! The true path to happiness lays in the “away” direction. You are being encouraged to stop trying to fix a broken situation and instead move towards something that offers genuine peace. ☮️
