Teetor Equestrian Teetor Equestrian is a hunter/jumper business equipped to educate both horse and rider for training Betsy Teetor is the head trainer at Teetor Equestrian.

She has nearly 30 years experience in the hunter/jumper industry. Since her years as a professional she has started numerous young horses, brought them along in their training, and taken them to the show ring. She is skilled at treating horses as individuals and choreographing a unique training plan that fits each horse and rider.

Wrapped up a rainy day 2 at vantage point LEHS with LJ and Rootbeer winning the Maiden medal and Norah and Tommy reserve champion in the novice hunters!
Home early for a horse show day, thankfully, because we were all soaked through!

We had a super day 1 of Vantage Point LEHS!!!
LJ and Rootbeer had solid rounds in the crosspoles and then moved up to the maidens for the first time with even more solid rounds. Ended up with good ribbons in all her classes and was Reserve Champion in the maiden equitation division!
Norah and Tommy had their first show together today in the novice division. They achieved a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for their morning efforts. And they also competed in the hunter derby out of 15 riders. This was Norah’s first derby ever and she ended up 2nd overall! Norah and Tommy were the highest score of the class in the first round with an incredible 83!!! We are all so grateful to Stephanie for letting Norah show him this year while she’s on maternity leave.

I’m a little late posting about the first horse show of the season at Albion for the LEHS show! And I didn’t manage to get any pictures from the weekend but I borrowed this adorable one from Aubrey. Leia and Rootbeer had their FIRST show ever! Successfully competing in the crosspole division and learning the ropes of horse shows. Every day she learned more and more, and her medal on Sunday was superbly executed, including the built-in test with a halt right on the center line!
Haleigh and Aire had their first classes at 2’9 and Aire has matured so much since last season!
Mia and Jethro joined us again and had a very solid first outing in the jumper divisions. They also have come MILES in progress since last year.
It was a very solid start to the show season and we are all looking forward to the next one in June!
