Our computer system is up and running today. Yes, there were glitches. Yes, there were setbacks. Thank you to everyone who showed patience and basic human understanding.

To the few who got upset, acted put‑off, or behaved like our temporary technical difficulties were a personal attack on your existence… get over yourself.

You weren’t even a paying customer — just a package drop‑off person acting like you’re our most important client. Spoiler alert: you’re not. And according to the new UPS and FedEx guidelines for centers like ours, you’re not even considered a customer at all.

If you’re going to treat people poorly over something so minor, maybe take a moment and rethink your life. Rethink how you act. Rethink how you speak to others. Because I promise you — you wouldn’t appreciate being treated the way you treated me today.

📢 Office Etc. Update
We are closed for today due to a complete computer system failure. We attempted recovery, but the system could not be restored.
Our IT team will be working overnight to fix everything so we can reopen tomorrow morning.

If this is your package you might want to come down and get it because it's just going sit outside. For all other customers, please be advised: Do not leave your drop-off package outside at the door and expect us to bring it inside. That's not how that works. Especially since all we get paid is $00.80 for it AND we have to pay a fee to the carrier for them to pick it up.

Heads up, friends!
Our AC system gave out, and with temps hitting 85–90 degrees INSIDE, it’s just too hot to safely operate. We’ll be closed tomorrow, but we’ll be back on Monday with brand‑new AC units being installed that day.
