🔁 Group by behavior — not by category
Organize around what you do — not what something is. Build your space around your actual routines and taking action becomes automatic.

✂️ Limit the steps in your system
If it takes more than 2 steps to put something away — it won't happen. Keep it simple. The simpler the system, the longer it lasts.

👀 Visibility is memory
Clear bins. Open shelving. Large simple labels. If you can see it — you'll use it. If you can't — you won't.

Intentional organizing built around how you actually live is always more powerful than a perfect system built around how you think you should. 💛
