It's time for our ⚡Employee Spotlight⚡
Meet Alina! She is coming up on 3 years with the CED Industrial team in September.
What she enjoys most about her role is the constant problem-solving and the fact that there’s always something new to learn. She loves figuring out how things work and why they work the way they do, and her position gives her the opportunity to see many different parts of the industry, offering a broader perspective on how everything comes together behind the scenes. One thing she’s learned along the way is that patience is key, especially in a fast-paced world where speed is often prioritized over understanding.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, she loves spending her free time reading, with one of her favorite authors being Pierce Brown. 📖
