Marriage Retirement Announcement: 💍 This will be one of the bittersweet announcements I have ever made across social media!
💍 Ending this month (Feb 2023), Wife & Inmate Connection will no longer accept new clients for TDCJ officiant services at the prison units!
💍 If you want Wife and Inmate Connection to perform your wedding, you must submit the contract and $50 deposit by Feb 28, 2023.
💍 This year will be our last year to take on marriage clients within TDCJ.
♥️ This decision is one that I have contemplated for months and ultimately have struggled with making. However, as the dynamics of my personal life have changed, I’ve decided to place sole focus on my young family and continue with TDCJ services that do not require strenuous and long distance travel.
♥️ I am not quitting on prison families! In fact, we will be continuing the premarital correspondence course, the Marriage Matters Course, Marriage Enrichment Zooms, Marriage newsletters, and individual coaching.
♥️ All other DRC, research, and parole related services will remain unaffected by this change.
♥️ I have some excellent TDCJ Approved Officiants I can refer inquiring clients to, many who worked for me directly!
♥️ Lastly, I want to thank everyone who has used us since 2015 to perform their TDCJ marriage. I started doing TDCJ weddings since the law changed and TDCJ enacted the AD policy. This organization has performed over 1,000 TDCJ marriage ceremonies and built a great relationship with so many of you. With that kind of number I cannot be anymore proud of where we started, where we’ve been, and where I will go next!
I love all you dearly and appreciate all of the support throughout the years. And as always I am wishing prison families the very very best!
