Our last employee search on Facebook went well! You guys did what you do best and shared our post and we got a great employee! He's still with us, but going into the summer season, we're going to need some more man power. So if you or anyone you know is looking for a full time job, we are looking for a general laborer. If you have construction experience, great! But we mostly need someone that is willing to work, is trainable, and weighs enough to be able to manhandle the compaction equipment and not have it manhandle you. If you can read a tape measure, that is also a valuable skill to bring to the table. The rest of what this job entails can be trained. You'll be best friends with the shovel, whacker packer/jumping jack, and laser.

Update! Mike and Mario made it to Vegas, and although they've had some logistical issues trying to figure out Uber (these guys usually have wives with them to do all this), they are at the expo seeing all the new technology and learning new things. I gave Mario detailed instructions on how to do Facebook live, but at the very least I'm hoping he'll send photos I can post- what do you guys want to see from their trip?

Red-D Backhoe Service is hiring! We need a general construction laborer with a strong work ethic to perform duties such as grade checking, pipe laying, hand shoveling, etc. Experience with using a laser and compaction equipment is desired, but not required. Wage will depend on level of relevant construction experience. Applicant will be required to pass a drug test prior to being hired.
