Shout out to my new favorite barista at “The Coffee Shop” 🙌

This morning, he surprised me with this special drawing on my cup. It’s a small gesture, but it completely changed the energy of my morning.

This is the same guy who, on Sunday, stayed patient when I walked in 15 minutes after the espresso machine was shut down. He explained the “why” behind the rules and made sure I didn’t leave empty-handed.

That kind of consistency—being helpful when things are closed and going the extra mile when they’re open—is how you build a brand people love.
