Our story 💚

Before there was a tasting room, there was a dirt lot in Tin City and five-gallon batches in a garage.

If you’ve stopped in for a drink, brought a friend, or taken a bottle home, here’s how Tin City Distillery got started.

You might recognize a few names behind our Orange Liqueur: Booker, Denner, and Saxum. 🍊

We use their w**es to make brandy, then age it for two years in American oak. Patrick blends it with orange peels from California orchards and a little caramelized simple syrup.

Every ingredient comes from California, and we make it right here in Paso.
