Dear Friends,
It is with mixed emotions that we share some news: we have decided to step back from operating our winery. This chapter has been such a meaningful part of our lives, and along the way, we have met so many wonderful people—many of whom have become dear friends.
While we will no longer be running the tasting room, we will continue to farm our vineyard and are fortunate to be selling grapes to several highly regarded Paso Robles wineries.
To celebrate this new chapter, we are offering 25% off all wine purchases for non-club members (wine club members will receive 50% off any additional purchases). You’ll find our available wines listed below, and orders can be placed by simply replying to this email. Given the warm weather, shipping will be scheduled carefully, though local pick-ups can be arranged (please contact us at [email protected] for more information).
Thank you for your friendship and support over the years. We raise a glass to the future and look forward to what lies ahead!
With gratitude,Jean & Heidi Changala

2021 GSM - $44Split evenly between Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre from Paso Willow Creek and Templeton Gap Vineyards, this wine is incredibly smooth. The nose has notes of roses and violets, while the palate is crisp red fruits. This is one to sip by itself but is also food flexible when pairing.
Bilera - $40Bilera is traditionally our Zinfandel blend. This release features 60% Zinfandel, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot. A gorgeous ruby color prepares you for the bright fruit notes. The tart cherry and plum notes of this vintage pair perfectly with lamb or ribeye.
Vina Dolce Rosso (VDR) - $28
This Cabernet Sauvignon based dessert wine is perfect sipping by itself or enjoy it with your favorite chocolate truffles, flourless chocolate cake … or a cigar!
2021 Grenache - $43Sourced from El Pomar District, this fruit-forward Grenache will be a hit with those of you who loved the chilled Festa last summer. Mid-body with bright acidity & cranberry notes, we recommend serving this with grilled salmon, duck breast, or just with a sunny day and a pool. 85% Grenache, 10% Petite Sirah, 5% Zinfandel
2020 PS1 (Petite Sirah) - $43Petite Sirah from Paso's West side, this tannic, earthy wine has notes of nut, black pepper, and tart red fruit on the nose, followed by cranberry flavors and firm tannins throughout. Decant and serve with those bacon-wrapped dates at the holidays!
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon - $42Fall 2023 Release Black fruits and brambles, a hint of campfire, and crisp autumn leaves. Sourced from a West Side Adelaide area Vineyard
2021 Syrah - $44
Using fruit from multiple vineyards on the West Side of Paso, this Syrah is a traditional expression of the varietal. Black fruit and strong tannins abound, pairing perfectly with the strong cheeses and salamis on your charcuterie board.
2021 Arrosa (Rose) - $30Fruit forward Zinfandel rose that is perfect for the Indian summer days ahead. Enjoy poolside or with a summer harvest galette.
2020 Cabernet Franc - $41A classic Cabernet Franc expression from the Willow Creek District! With dried herbs and pencil shavings on the nose leading to tart cherry flavors and smooth tannins, this wine begs to be paired with bone marrow with cherry compote or grilled mushrooms.
Sintesi - $45The newest vintage of Sintesi, 90% Petite Verdot, 10% Petite Sirah. On the earthier side of the flavor spectrum, this is a rich, full-bodied, and velvety wine. We recommend cellaring this one for 6-12 months (if you can wait that long) to allow it to fully develop its potential. Serve with a hearty meal.
Festa - $46 LIMIT 2 Bottles
Fall 2023 Release: Estate Grenache aged on Neutral Oak, it's a little less fruity than the last vintage, but just as versatile.
