We've received a record number of mosquito complaints recently following the heavy rain and flooding our county has experienced.

We take these concerns seriously, and our team is working hard to respond to every complaint and address mosquito issues throughout the county as quickly as possible.

🤝 Great companies are built on great partnerships.

Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Adrianne, our BASF representative, to the Elite office.

She stopped by to spend time with us, introduce us to some new products, and talk through the latest advancements in the pest management industry. We always appreciate opportunities like these because they help us stay informed and continue improving the service we provide to our customers.

One thing we've learned over the years is that having the right products is important—but having knowledgeable people behind them is even better.

Adrianne has been an incredible resource for our team, and we're grateful for the support and partnership she brings.

Sometimes I laugh when people say, "It must be nice owning your own business."

The truth is, most days look a lot like this.

Answering emails.
Planning schedules.
Solving customer problems.
Taking phone calls.
Meeting with the team.
Thinking about tomorrow before today is even over.

And honestly...I wouldn't trade it.

Every challenge has been worth it because of the people we get to serve.

🐱 "But...we have a cat."

It's one of the most common things we hear when someone has a mouse problem.
The truth?

Some cats are excellent mousers...
And some are professional nappers. 😴

Just because you have a cat doesn't mean mice are afraid to move in. In fact, we've inspected plenty of homes where mice were happily living while the cat snoozed on the couch.

Every cat is different:
🐈 Some are natural hunters.
🐈 Some chase toys instead of rodents.
🐈 Some would rather watch the mouse than catch it.

If you're hearing scratching in the walls, finding droppings, or noticing signs of rodents, don't assume your furry "security system" has it covered.

We'll let your cat get back to their very important job of supervising the house from the windowsill. 😄

You know that one time we had pet rats... yes you read that right. We had 4 pet rats for almost two years. We loved them. Our kids got busy and life took over so we had to re-home them but they sure were pretty fun pets!!

We didn't start this company because we wanted to spray bugs.
