Member Highlight: Rich Webb✨️

Say hello to Rich, with Mickey’s Roofing! He’s been part of the Mickey’s team for 9 years and is your go-to guy for roof replacements and gutter cleanings—he’ll take great care of you from start to finish.

Rich and his wife Abigail are raising two awesome boys: Micah (5) and Judah (3). He’s a proud member of The River Church in Lancaster and lives out his faith in a big way. One of his favorite verses is “With God, all things are possible.”

When he’s not working hard or spending time with his family, you’ll find Rich crushing fitness goals—he just ran his first Spartan Race last month! 💪 And if that wasn’t impressive enough, he also started an AA group that averages 40–45 people per meeting. Talk about impact!

We’re so glad to have Rich in our group~he’s a newer member but has already been such a great addition and fits right in!
Make sure to give him a shout if you need roofing help!

✨ Member Spotlight: Kyle Gambert ✨

Say hey to Kyle — our mortgage pro with a heart of gold and a seriously impressive resume!

Kyle’s a Pickerington native, Ohio University grad 🎓 He married his high school sweetheart, Morgan, in November 2023 (cue the awws) They live in German Village with their sweet pup Bella 🐾 and have an angel baby Sloane Rose Gambert💗

His strong work ethic? That runs deep—Kyle’s parents each served over 35 years in the federal government and passed down values like integrity, communication, and a knack for staying on top of the details

Since 2017, Kyle’s been climbing the mortgage ladder—from loan processor all the way to licensed loan officer. Whether it’s your first home, your next one, or a refinance, Kyle’s the guy who’ll guide you through it all without feeling overwhelmed.

Bonus fun facts: He’s got a BBA in marketing and MIS, once volunteered at a senior center, and was even on the sail team ⛵️ (talk about well-rounded!).
