🧠 May is Stroke Awareness Month!🧠

Strokes can happen to anyone, at any age. Recognizing the signs and acting F.A.S.T. can save a life and improve recovery.
Remember F.A.S.T.:
• F - Face Drooping: Does one side of the face droop or is it numb? Ask the person to smile. Is the smile uneven?
• A - Arm Weakness: Is one arm weak or numb? Ask the person to raise both arms. Does one arm drift downward?
• S 1 - Speech Difficulty: Is speech slurred? Is the person unable to speak or hard to understand? Ask them to repeat a simple sentence. 2
• T - Time to call 911: If you see any of these signs, call 911 IMMEDIATELY. Every second counts!
