in touch for details. I started in aviation in 2001 when I joined the PA National Guard working on the Attack Helicopter AH64-A Appache at 17 years old. Completed my Airframe and Power plant training at Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and now with my Inspection Authorization as well. Served for 7 years ending as a full time technician. Started my civilian carrier working for Keystone Helicopters now Sikorsky doing the final completions and test flights on the S76C++ for a little less than a year when I got the opportunity to work for The Penn State Hershey Medical Center Life Lion and have been there for 8 years maintaining Dauphin Helicopters. With aviation becoming my passion I have pursued adding my dual pilot ratings. My goal is close the gap from the maintenance to operations. Even the guy behind the camera deserves a turn in the spotlight ✈️

Our Airport Manager, Rodger Ewing, is usually the one capturing everyone else’s memories on the ramp, but today we flipped the script and got him up in the air on this beautiful day. With everything he does to keep things running smoothly around here, it’s not often he gets the chance to just enjoy the view.

Sometimes you’ve got to step away from the ground, even just for a little while, and remember why we all love flying in the first place.

Great flight, even better company.
