It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our owner Gene Baughman. Please keep his family in your prayers. He will be sadly missed by many.

Gene A. Baughman, age 78, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026 at Penn State Health-Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Gene was born on April 18, 1948 in Paulding, OH to the late Ambrose Lawrence Bus and Averial Lucille Smith Baughman. On December 23, 1972 he married Mary Ann Breitwieser,

Last week we celebrated our annual Employee Appreciation Day and inducted two new members into the 20 year truck club! Congratulations to Mike and Tim on your new trucks! We appreciate all the hard work and dedication from all our employees!

Baughman Tile recently provided pipe for two projects in Paulding County. Kauser Excavating is installing our 12" and 15" HDPE storm sewer pipe for the Emerald Rd and Maple Avenue Improvement Projects in the Village of Paulding. Dangler Excavating is installing our 48" HDPE storm sewer pipe for a project on the northside of Latty, also in Paulding County. Nice to see three local companies working hard to make improvements in our county!
