That doesn't mean, as coaches, we will accomplish and complete everything we set out to do; but it does mean we have a plan and can focus on those things to meet as many of them as we can.

Coaching is taking what is already there and bringing it out of people. So is celebrating wins. Taking what has already been accomplished and making it noticeable to others. If you, your team, or your organization experience wins, big or small, this week it is time to celebrate them! Send an email letting people know who helped make the achievement possible. Stop by and tell someone they did a great job and their work made this accomplishment achievable.

Take time to celebrate the things you worked hard on this week! You, your team, and those around you deserve to hear that great work was done this week!

It is the middle of the week but that doesn't mean we haven't already accomplished things we can celebrate. Taking time to acknowledge what we've already accomplished this week and acknowledging what others have done as well may be a great mid-week pick-me-up! Take some time today to discuss what has already been accomplished by yourself, your team, and your organization. Seeing these little wins will help build enthusiasm towards the big wins!

The start of a new week presents opportunities for collaboration, connection, and growth. Whether working on a project with a team, traveling to attend an event, or taking care of daily tasks, we can utilize those moments for collaboration, connection, or growth. Take a moment this morning to look at your schedule for this week and find times you can collaborate with someone, make a new connection, or build on an older one, and take some time to learn something for yourself or about someone else. Those are the moments that create leaders.

We made it to Friday! Take some time today to grab a cup of coffee (or whatever your drink preference is) and reflect on the week. What went well, what didn't, and what is left for next week? Make a plan to celebrate what went well, discuss what didn't, and achieve what is left for next week with those on your team and with yourself. Celebration, reflection, and planning can help set your mind in a place of focus and success.
