Update 8-1-26 5:30pm : Main fiber has been restored. 

Update : att has resolved the first issue. turns out there is a second issue that is in process of repair.


Our main fiber went down around 5am today. We are currently running off our redundant fiber right now. You will have access to the Internet, but it will not be as fast as normal. As soon as the main fiber has been repaired, we’ll switch back over to it.

All Storm and power surge damage has been repaired.

Main tower is down due to power outage. Battery backups are dead. We’ve almost got the generator hooked up.

Update as 7am 6/17 : The issue has been fixed.

Update: We have stabilized the issue and working to a full fix. 

Looking into a possible problem that occurred a few minutes ago.

Update : Service has been restored give it a few mins. Lost a power supply during the storm. Power supply has been replaced.

Indian Meridian Tower East Sector is currently down and we are working on restoring service

Update issue has been fixed.

It looks like a back office system isn’t working right. Working on it now.

Update : Service has been restored.

Tower climbers will be here in the morning. We have a replacement sector ready to go.

We are working on it. But at this moment it looks like the sector at the top of the tower went out. We are working to get everything ready for the tower climbers. And have reached out to them for their availability today or tomorrow.

Concrete Sector 17 went down this morning. We are working to restore service.
