Cana Springs Vineyard Cana Springs Vineyard is a two acre vineyard started in 2007. We sell several varieties of wine grapes to local wineries as well as to the public.

This page contains pictures and ongoing happenings at our vineyard located near Payson, IL. We currently have about 2 acres of vines planted and harvested close to 5 tons of grapes last year. We grow Chambourcin, Norton, Concord and Dornfelder red grapes as well as Traminette and Cayuga white grapes. We generally charge 50 cents per pound for the grapes and sell to whomever is interested in them.

They are a lot of work to take care of but we enjoy working in the vineyard and the harvest makes the hard work satisfying.
