I started my real estate career by framing custom homes, then commercial tenant improvement installation and then was a project superintendent for a national home builder. I started by banking career in 1989 working with real estate construction lending and construction risk management rising up through the bank and leaving as a vice president. After leaving the bank, many of the lenders that I worked with now started calling and asking me if I could do the construction progress inspections. It was a natural progression for me. Along with inspections for banks, I then diversified and became certified to do home inspections in the state of Arizona. I am able to offer my clients a wide variety of services, including commercial multi-family properties for investors.
