Perfectionism is more about perception than internal motivation. And the only perception that you have control over is your own. Therefore I can be perfect in my own eyes if I so choose to be. It’s when we start to focus on other people’s perception of us being perfect that we lose sight of who and what we really are.

No one can do what you do the way that you do it 💗 I have been fighting this fear that there are so many, too many, coaches out there doing what I do. That there isn’t enough room for me. That what I have to offer is not good enough. That my wisdom is not for the collective… YADA YADA YADA

SUCH NOISE. When I do what I know, it all makes sense. I have a purpose. What I have to offer is FOR YOU. The wisdom I carry is deep and meaningful and brilliant. I can make a difference. The collective is waiting for me.

It’s been up and down and all around navigating this thing called life. And I’m here to say I’m not perfect. And I’m here. And I’m showing up for me. I hope you start showing up for you too babe 💖

I’ve let the fear of how to create my dream reality paralyze me to a point where I haven’t continued on to make decisions in my life.

I’m finding that it’s actually not about focusing on creating a result… what’s important is the decision I made to follow my dreams!!

Movement happens when I fight hard and scrappy and CONTINUE to make decisions from a space of what I am wanting to create.

I’ve known for a very long time that I have a purpose in creating peace within others. I know that my dream is to light the way for others in this world through dark moments in time. To be a safe space. To create healing.

It’s so easy to let our dreams stay dreams. This is all just things I am working out for myself, and ya know? Maybe it’s for you too 💛💖💛

They get happy because you’re happy and they feel your lows when you’re low. They want you to win. They want you to talk about your wins. They see you. They hear you. They got you. They are FOR YOU. I love you my people.
