While I was out of town she was very helpful for checking on a personal concern involving my unit. For this act I am very grateful to Sonali. Me and my husband have dealt with looking into applying at other apartments and you could never get through to a live person or they would pick up and they would tell you they would call you and never get back to you. "It is a nice place to live at. There was a time where management was inadequate though. Maintenance was understaffed for long time. The pool was closed for at least 3 years (even after the pandemic allowed for opening.) However there's a new property manager; Sonali Phuyal. She has been incredible! She's been here less than 3 months and the changes around the complex are laudable. Potholes have been fixed, maintenance.." says Vivian on Google

"At first we were reluctant due to the reviews. However since moving here in January, the management (Gina and Sonali) have been so attentive and very responsive…. The maintenance guys (Paul and Ramone) are right on the ball. This place is looking up! The grounds are getting the finishing touches and the pool looks fantastic!
