This is part of the encapsulation process we use after fire and smoke damage restoration at TerraPro Group.

Here’s what happens during encapsulation:
• Damaged materials are removed and the structure is fully cleaned
• Smoke residue and odor particles are treated from the framing up
• Specialized sealants are applied to lock in contaminants and help prevent lingering odors
• The space is then rebuilt with fresh drywall, flooring, paint, trim, lighting, and more
