Hispanic Heritage Month is more than a celebration of where we come from—it is a reminder of how far we have come and how much further we can go.

As a Latina, an immigrant, an entrepreneur, and the Founder & CEO of ATL Search Group, Aventis Services, and Latinas Rise, I carry my heritage with me into every room I enter.

I carry the sacrifices of the generations before me.
I carry the courage of those who left everything familiar in search of opportunity.
I carry the strength of the women who taught us to work hard, stand tall, and never allow our circumstances to define our future.

My journey has not always been easy. There were barriers. There were moments when my accent made me feel different. There were times when I had to work twice as hard to prove that I belonged.
