It was a packed house in our Novi, Michigan sound healing class thanks to !!

Sound healing, also known as sound therapy, uses musical instruments, voice, or other means to produce sounds that help improve physical and emotional well-being. These sounds create harmonic overtones that can stimulate the brain, reduce stress, and promote a state of deep meditation and relaxation. Studies have shown that sound healing can lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and reduce pain and anxiety levels. Corporate wellness initiatives should include sound healing 🙏🎶✨💕

We are so pleased to announce the launch of on-site classes in Reno, Nevada with the incredibly talented sound healer !!! This is our very first in-person class since the beginning of the pandemic, and it’s really refreshing to be making some progress after two and a half years. All of our other classes are still running remotely, however we hope to transition back on-site in all of our locations. Baby steps!!!

September 1st marks 5 years in business for HANG ZEN YOGIS!!!!!! 🎉🧘‍♂️🙏

I’ve dedicated my entire life to growing this company from the ground up. It’s hands down the most challenging, yet rewarding experience I’ve ever known. It started in San Diego, CA where I’ve spent the past 11 years studying and teaching yoga in the community, sometimes teaching 4-5 classes per day just to make ends meet. If you know, you know!! The time, energy, and commitment it takes to build a brand is immeasurable. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this work. It definitely didn’t happen overnight and I’ve sacrificed a lot to get to where I am today. And quite frankly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am beyond thrilled and proud of how it’s evolved over the years.

Due to covid, all of our classes are online for the time being, which has its positives and negatives, just like anything else. As a result, we’ve been able to expand to different cities beyond our homebase of San Diego, Honolulu, and San Antonio. We are now proudly working with corporations in New York City, Nevada, Michigan, and Florida. The sky’s the limit!!! None of this would be possible without the amazing team of instructors, who have so graciously committed themselves to employee health & wellness. I am grateful for each and every one of you. Each instructor has played such a vital role in the expansion and success of this vision. Please keep being the light workers that you are. The world needs you now more than ever. ✨ Namaste 🕉
