The position is for a Crane Operator at Lifter Up Cranes in Jackson, Mississippi. We provide various daily runs/lifts in either a 30 ton boom truck and/or 75 ton Linkbelt truck crane. Most of our clients are repeat and we have a good time working for them. I really enjoy going to the different jobs to see the friends and customers I have made. I am the owner and fellow operator, so I also know what is involved running, maintaining, scheduling the cranes. Looking for someone who wants a chance at being important in a small growing company. Some Requirements below.
CDL Class A OR B.
NCCCO or NCCER– TLL certified
Dependable, not afraid to communicate, answer and return phone calls and text promptly, be able to send and receive emails.
Enjoys working with little direction, but I am always available for help.
Recognize and effectively communicate machinery maintenance problems to local mechanics
Perform light repairs (replace bulbs, switches, hose, etc)
Keep trucks stocked with rigging gear
Full time pay, opportunity to make 40 hours per week guarantee
Paid time off
Travel not required, operation hours are typical 7:00-3:30or 7:30-4:00, dependent upon when first job of the day starts.
