N95 or respirator use:
I wanted to tell everyone a little bit about wearing respirators or N95’s. We have trained workers for years over this and now everyone will probably be required to use them. I am copying a paragraph from OSHA’s website but please be aware that this can be an issue to some people. In construction we are required to fit test and have workers get a medical evaluation for precautions to everyone’s health. You should not have a beard while wearing this because it doesn’t seal correctly if you do. Please be aware of fixing one issue and making a different one.

OSHA:

Breathing through a respirator is more difficult than breathing in open air. People with lung diseases, such as asthma or emphysema, elderly people, and others may have trouble breathing. People with claustrophobia may not be able to wear a full facepiece or hooded respirator. People with vision problems may have trouble seeing while wearing a mask or hood (there are special masks for people who need glasses). Employees must be medically evaluated before assigned to use a respirator.
