I didn’t plan on starting a cleaning service. 😂 But I kept running into the same problem. So… I solved it.
As a Household Manager, part of my job is making sure my clients’ homes actually run. That means I’ve managed clients’ existing cleaners, tried partnering with cleaning companies, referred cleaners, and even tried booking cleaning services on behalf of my clients.
And I kept running into the same frustrations.
-Mandatory deep cleans before recurring service. -Pricing that didn’t always reflect the actual work needed.
-Cleaners who would clean around dishes or laundry because “that’s not included.”
-And services that could clean a house beautifully but didn’t necessarily understand the bigger picture of maintaining a household.
And that matters to me.
Because when my client tells me, “I need help with my house,” I don’t want to tell them, “Well, the cleaner can do this, but not that… we’ll need someone else for that… and you’ll still need to handle this.”
That doesn’t reduce their mental load. It just gives them another service to manage.
So after trying to find the right solution, I finally realized:

We’re bringing the same philosophy we use in Household Management into cleaning: pay attention to what actually needs to be handled.
No mandatory deep clean just to become a client.
Dishes and laundry can be included!
Pricing based on the level of work needed… not simply how many bedrooms you have or the square footage.
And for recurring clients, we create a Household Cleaning SOP so we learn your home, your preferences, and how you like things maintained.
Because I didn’t want to build another cleaning company.
I wanted to solve the problem I kept experiencing on behalf of the people who trust me to make their lives easier.
And now, we can.
