18seer variable system, 3 zones, Dual fuel heat pump. Was a fun job for me. The customer was awesome to work with and that made it even better. Above furnace is a Honeywell whole house dehumidifier 120 pints per day.

Bought a cheap Amazon ice maker and it has arrived and been installed. If you buy one of these guys use a filter. This is a 100lbs per day with a 33lbs storage bin. I think we paid 185.00 for this guy. So far we have 3 batches made! 🧊

Used this guy several times now and does great work for good prices. Hes a one man show but is pretty quick and I have no complaints. Very good and open minded when it comes to trim work. He laid our flooring in some bedrooms turned out great. If your looking I recommend him!
